I'm afraid our group has fallen into disuse. Want to help me fix that? Perhaps I'll do some answers to questions myself (Oh, golly gee willikers, really?!), and add some more questions.
I just want to reiterate a few things, since people tend not to read the rules:
-PLEASE do NOT try to submit random therianthropy-related artwork.
There is some wonderful art out there, but if it doesn't relate to any of our questions, it doesn't belong here. I may add some more 'fun' questions, (I'm considering "How do you imagine your animal/kin self?"), but please- if it doesn't add to any discussion, there are lots of other (wonderful!) groups that would love to have your piece. Many of them are listed in our affiliates! :)

-Please DO find creative ways to answer the questions!
We very much love to see different mediums, so long as we can understand how they relate to the discussion topic. Perhaps you'd feel most comfortable using a comic, video, or even a drawing. Please help us to interpret it if necessary.

-Lastly, please make your submission a deviation, NOT a comment, so that we can all easily view everyone's input.
We love all of our submissions, but we get a lot of them as comments on gallery folders. This makes us sad, because very few people will see them there. Make them into a deviation so we can all hear your voice.

Let's get this baby back up and active! <3

Deviants

Rules and Expectations

The skull in our avatar is (c) The-Sei-Hound

Note: Our Gallery and Favorites can be found in the tabs ABOVE, and not down below on the front page as is customary.

Joining
Anyone can join.
Being a therianthrope or otherkin is not a requirement for admission; anyone who has anything to say on the topics given is welcome.
This is not intended to be a safehaven for therians/otherkin, as so many sites and groups are, but rather a place for ruthless self-evaluation, serious introspection, and just-plain honesty.

However, please be considerate.
That said, we do expect a level of professionalism from those involved. We ask that no personal attacks are made, though disagreement with an idea is permitted, and any treatment of any idea will be honored, as long as it remains an impersonal statement.

Procedure/Contributing Options
Ask a question
One way in which you can contribute is to ask a question to be answered by others. The criteria for these questions are as follows:
1. Questions must relate to therianthropy, otherkin, or something heavily related in some way.
2. Questions must not be an attack on a particular person or group. (For example, "Don't you think _____ from ______ forums is a loser?!") Questions that question an idea are permitted. (Example: "Are plantkin really possible? Why? How?")
3. Above and beyond all else, questions must provoke thought and be seldom-asked (or be an often-asked question presented in a new way which provokes more thought than the original question)

Questions should be suggested via note, and will not be automatically accepted. They will be screened for the above criteria before being accepted.

Answer
Another way you can contribute is to answer a question asked by someone else. Answers should be in well-thought our and in literature form, but are not required to look like a 'polished piece'. As stated above, no answer should attack another individual by name; however, ideas may be bashed to your heart's content.
Each question will have its own folder, so we ask that when you submit an answer, you indicate which question you are answering in the artist's comments.

Please stick to these guidelines
We ask that you do not send us visual art unless it somehow meets all the criteria set out above.
In addition, please only send us work that has been done specifically for the purpose of answering one of the questions; there are many other groups out there that collect therianthropy and otherkin art, and they will be happy to receive your contribution. (However: exceptional work that is not related to one of the questions may be added to the favorites.)

Thank you.

Sorry for the extremely late reply. Thanks for asking, but I don't feel like our groups relate to the same demographic, so to speak.

Of course! Dig in! Just be sure to make us aware somehow, so that we can add them to the gallery!
